Candidates apply to Mektec through job websites: TopCV, Vietnamworks, LinkedIn, Facebook, the company's recruitment website or ask friends and relatives who are working at Mektec to introduce them.
All candidate profiles applied from sources are checked on a daily basis by the Recruitment team and screened based on recruitment requirements and sent to the departments to schedule interviews.
Resumes selected by the departments will be invited by the Recruitment team for an interview and detailed information will be provided to candidates via phone and email about the interview process and what needs to be prepared.
Candidates who pass the interview and accept Mektec's offer will be involved in onboarding and training process by the Recruitment team on general rules and regulations in the first 2 days, then will be returned to the departments and supported throughout the probationary process.
