First Aid Room

    First-Aid Room is well equiped with adequate facilities and managed by experienced nurses who are always willing to face with any medical situation, ensuring timely health care and effective first aid. This is a solid foundation, contributing to creating a safe and secure working environment. 
About facilities: First-aid room is equiped with 10 resting beds, divided into 2 areas for male and female employees, with curtains to ensure privacy when examining and providing first aid to employees. The medicine cabinet is always fully stocked with basic medicines and medical equipment, ready to quickly respond to the initial first aid needs of employees. In addition, 32 type A first aid cabinets and 9 type C first aid cabinets have been deployed and arranged in all areas of the factory.
    In first-aid room, medical staff always perform the enthusiam and high commitment in guaranting comprehensive health for labors. Furthermore, they often organize various health counseling programs to raise awareness and improve health such as: organizing many large/small group counseling sessions, individual counseling on important health issues such as reproductive health, family planning, contraception, pregnancy care, nutrition for pregnant women, and sexually transmitted diseases. Medical staff always provide information and knowledge in a clear, easy-to-understand manner, and are always ready to listen and answer all questions from employees. Thanks to that, health counseling programs have received a large response and participation from employees, contributing to improving labor productivity and building a safe and healthy working environment.

The medical staff always shows special attention to the group of pregnant women. Specifically, every 3 months, the medical staff will send information to all female employees to survey their pregnancy plans. Thanks to that, it is possible to quickly synthesize and screen out those who plan to get pregnant in the near future. These employees will be transferred out of heavy, toxic work areas, to protect the health of pregnant mothers and fetuses.

 In addition, medical staff always pay attention to raise awareness of employees about infectious disease prevention, implementing effective communication measures through various communication channels such as sending information about the epidemic and how to prevent it via email, showing videos about the epidemic and how to prevent it on TV screens in common areas in the factory. These short, concise videos help them easily access and remember important information, posting communication posters about the epidemic and how to prevent it in common areas, such as walkways, canteen, and crowded areas, these posters not only provide knowledge but also regularly remind people about the importance of complying with epidemic prevention measures. Thanks to the diversity in these communication methods, it contributes to raising the awareness and responsibility of each employee in preventing infectious diseases. This not only protects employees’ health but also helps prevent cross-infection throughout the factory, ensuring the safety and health for everyone.
         Ensuring hygiene and a clean, safe working environment in the emergency room is always considered as a top priority. Medical staff maintain 5S measures throughout the area, with special attention paid to the first aid area, which is cleaned and thoroughly disinfected before and after each use. All types of waste, including hazardous medical waste, are classified and disposed of in accordance with regulations. Trash bins are clearly labeled and have secure lids to prevent the risk of infection.
